These actuators used in 2-port, 3-port valve (TF,TL,TW,...series), whose stroke is less than 23 mm.
Enviroment tempreture: -10~60℃(3-position type)/ -10~50℃(proportional type)
Permissible medium temperature: -25~+130℃(water valve) / 2~+180℃(steam valve)
Notes:
1. If the medium tempreature between 2~+220℃(high tempreature steam valve), 2~+450℃(super-high tempreature
steam valve), the actuators bracket should be made more higher, the type should be add "G" in front of ".12'. For example: change "TC500-D220-S.12" to ""TC500-D220-S G.12".
2. When medium temperature below 0℃ (R12, R22, R134a, R202, glycol), the stem of the valve should be protected
by electric heating sheath to avoid frosting and icing.
Voltage on terminal 1 and 2: the actuator axes extends, and valve stem retracts
Voltage on terminal 1 and 3: the actuator axes retracts, and valve stem extends
No voltage interminal 1,2 or 1,3: the actuator axes and valve stem keep its position

1. 2K feedback function can be selected when actuator is 3-position type, which must be noted when ordering, the type should be changed from"S" to "SF1". For example, change "TC500-D24-S.12" to "TC500-D24-SF1.12".
2. SPDT feedback function also can be selected when actuator is 3-position type, which must be noted when ordering, the type should be changed from"S" to "SF2". For example, change "TC500-D24-S.12" to "TC500-D24-SF2.12".
Control singal at terminal O,E increasing: the actuator axes extends, and valve stem retracts
Control singal at terminal O,E decreasing: the actuator axes retracts, and valve stem extends
Control singal at terminal no changing: the actuator axes and valve stem keep its position
Notes:
This DA mode was made before leaving factory, if RA mode needed , just put the 3rd switch of S2 from OFF to ON.
* DA mode: control singal increasing, the actuator axes retracts
RA mode: control singal increasing, the actuator axes extends
