How it all Started

We believe that Micro-finance is a sustainable way to assist the poorest economically active people to improve their lives, provide jobs and livelihood for employees and their families and make a positive impact in their community as a whole. Our micro-finance loans and investments allow clients to increase the size of their businesses through free enterprise and as a result create more income. With this income they are able to provide better schooling for their children, better housing for their family, more consistent food for their family, better healthcare for their family, etc. This is sustainable positive change that is generated by Free Enterprise.

Over 2,000,000 Orphans in AfghanistanOver 600,000 Children sleep on the streets every nightChildren have no where to go after being pushed out of the overcrowded orphanages. T-O-M is the only organization in Afghanistan addressing job placement and the transition of these youth to adulthood. ORPHANS

2015 marked the establishment of the first Transition home for Orphans and the Job placement program. Providing options and HOPE for these youth.

By helping these women find jobs and/or start sustainable businesses, their lives and the lives of their children are transformed. They are able to get up each day knowing that today they can feed their children, they can keep their families together, and they can send their children to school instead of sending them out to the streets. They now have hope for a future that is worth living for.Widows

Disaster Relief
