Click Display Team Roster toget your team roster. The coachmust fill in jersey numbers andsubmit. This step is required in order to print game reports.

MAKE SURE POP-UP WINDOWBLOCKERS ARE DISABLEDBEFORE PROCEEDING.

This icon allowsyou as the coach toprint off your roster.

This area of the roster is where you will enter your player jersey numbers.Once you have completed your entry, you will hit submit at the bottom ofthe roster page and the form may not be adjusted for the rest of the season,other than to enter jersey numbers for new adds to your roster.JERSEY NUMBERS MUST BE ENTERED TO GET GAME REPORTS.

The next step recommendedto do is change your password.You have a default passwordof “Password” but you mustchange your password thatis unique to you.

If you lose the password, you will have to contact theWebmaster and have yourpassword reset to the defaultpassword.

To do this, you should click onThe key as shown above andA popup box will appear.

The box that you will see is shown here and allthat is needed is for you to type in your oldpassword and then enter your new one. You must confirm your new password and thenHIT the submit button.

You can change your password as many timesas you wish. Just remember, if you give yourpassword to another coach or member of yourteam that you tell them of the password change.

If you are taking your team out of South Texas, you will need a travel Document.You can click on the down arrow of the forms area which is circled below and adrop down menu will appear. Click on the one you want and hit the GET buttonand you will be given a travel document. This also applies to the medical releaseforms. These forms are in PDF format and can be printed.

Once you input and submit yourplayers jersey numbers, you willbe shown a game report buttonas shown here. This will allow you to print your first game reportand only your first game report.

If you play two days in a row, youwill be shown and allowed to printoff both game reports.

This game report will be available to you up until game time of thatparticular game. After that, it willgo away. And a “NEED” button under submit score will appear.

Shown here are sections of the gameinformation sheet. As you can see,the computer inserts jersey numbers.

REMEMBER coaches, you mustsign the bottom of the game reportalong with the other coach beforeyou submit the game sheet.

As you can see theNEED button undersubmit score is shown.

This button shows thatyou need to submit yourgame score. This buttonwill only be available for48 hours from game time and then the button willgo away. After that, thegame information can notbe submitted.

Make sure that you submityour score within 48 hoursAfter the end of your game.

This is where you enter your score forthe game.

Click on the boxes to submityellow and red cards. RememberYou must submit both teams cardsand score.

Here you can see that yellow andRed cards have been given.

Once you enter your score and enter all the cards that were given during the game, you must hit the submit button to send the game info. Remember, you must alsosend the official game sheet to the scorekeeper so the game can be certified. The game sheet must reach the scorekeeper no later than the Friday after the game.

If one of your playeror you as a coach geta red card, you will See an ACTION button as shown here.

You must click on thebutton and a popup screen will appear.

You must click on the printerAnd you will be given a suspensionReport form.

ONCE YOU PRINT OFF THEPLAYER SUSPENSION FORM,YOU WILL BE ALLOWED TOGET YOUR NEXT GAMEREPORT.

This is the form that you musttake to the next game and haveboth the referee and the othermanager sign. You must thensend in the form along with yourGAME SHEET to the TYSAscorekeeper.

To look at the Certified Standings, click the button.This will bring you to anotherscreen that is shown below.

Hit the down arrow and you willbe given a list of age groups tochoose from. Click on the age group you want to view and hit thedisplay button. You will be takento the standings page shown below.

After you are done, hit the back button and you will be taken backto the coaches main screen page.

If you have a message waitingfrom someone in the association,you will see the message waitinglight lit up.

Just click on the light bulb and amessage screen is shown.

This is the screen that you willsee when you click on the light bulb.

It will display any message as well astell you who has sent it. Once you aredone reading the message, click on thedelete button and the message will disappear. Close the window and thelight bulb will go out.

If you want to know whoyou are playing and see the details of the game, just click on the game number and you will beshown the details. See theinsert below.

If you want to see a layoutof the park that you willbe playing in, you can clickon the playing field sectionand a map of the park layoutwill come up along with therainout number.

If you want to reschedule a game,click on the Change Game iconand the Reschedule RequestScreen will come up. The ChangeGame icon disappears one weekprior to each game. Only online reschedule requests will be accepted.One reschedule allowed per team.

RESCHEDULE REQUESTS(One Reschedule per team.)Only online reschedule requests willbe accepted. Requests must besubmitted at least one week prior tothe scheduled game

This is the screen you will see whenyou request a game reschedule.

BOTH coaches must agree to a reschedule before the request maybe submitted. Complete all of theinformation. Select your first andsecond choice for reschedule date,field, & time from the field availabilityprovided.

Click the SUBMIT button.
