What is MEER?• Province-wide electricity conservation Initiative

• Target sector: Multifamily apartment buildings

– Includes condominiums, coops, non-profit, assisted social housing, senior residences, privately owned student housing

Rebate can pay up to 50% of total eligible project costs

Audit Incentives Receive either half the cost of an Energy Audit or up to $ 5,000

per building Up to $ 15,000.00 for a Portfolio 25% of gas saving identified must be implemented in order to

receive audit incentive

Retrofit Incentives Receive $ .10/per 3m saved on retrofit projects Incentives are based on calculating first years gas savings Projects Include:
