Every day has 24hours,which is 1440 minutes, which is 86,400 seconds.
Do you know where your day goes?
8. Planning Being astepahead
Plan out your day the night before.
A great way to accomplish this is to create a day planner.
There are many different kinds of day planners now. You can use the computer, purchase a day planner, or make one yourself.
9. Make a Plan!

You will be less likely to miss important items. Your most important items should be completed on time.
You will have a visual to go by. That way it will be less overwhelming because you now have control over the situation.
Some people feel a sense of accomplishment when they cross something off the list!
Underline your most important activities or use an asterisk * to notate importance.
Break down your day into 30 or 15 minute increments.
Highlight your item or cross it off once its been completed.
10. Try Breaking Down Your Day

  • By breaking down your day into 30/15 minute increments you will be able to make sure not to loose precious time.
