Planning Your Day According to Your Curve

At beginning! Every morning, take 30 minutes to familiarize yourself with

your surroundings. In teams, take the next 30 minutes to have a team meeting and to set team priorities and delegates tasks.

Work in an adequate space and all the materials!

During Your Peak: Right before your peak, create a list with smaller tasks that

can be completed in 30 minutes or less. If you are bored or exhausted, you may just need change in activity to jump star your brain.

Start with the most difficult and complex tasks.

Try to don´t be interrupted during your peak, unless it´s urgent. Also remember to respect other team members peak times.

Planning Your Day According to Your Curve

If you have something important to do, ignore any tasks that are not necessary to complete. If you are finished all your tasks before the end of your peak, take the time to brainstorm new ways to achieve your goals.

Once you’ve come down from your peak, take a break! Or takes active breakings

Post Peaking: When your peak working hours are over, don’t force

yourself to continue working at the same pace. This will lead to burnout.

Take the time to do some like brainstorming or be creative.

Afterwards, head back and turn your brainstorming into a concrete and measurable goal and outline the actions steps, or tasks.
