Typical Well Savings Using ProOne

Start with 1 drum every two hours until TD is reached or increase to adjust required torque reduction.
Maxed Out In Rated Torque: (Deviated/ Serious Dog Legs/ Cork Screwed/ Chopped Up Hole)• Introduce above suction pipe at 5% of pump volume (i.e., 400gpm x .05 = 20gpm) until you reach surface to surface. Reduce rate
to 1 drum per hour to maintain desired working torque. Increase rate as needed.
(Expectation: Up to 50% torque reduction immediately (surface to surface), then feather out dosage to working torque range to gain most cost effective performance)
• Set up slug pit to a ratio of 3.5% by the volume of the pit (i.e., 80 barrels = 3,360 gal x .035 = 117gal/ 55gal drums = 2 drums)
• Run sweeps until desired or expected ROP is achieved.

• Determine when pill will reach the bit and slow the mud pumps down to 50% to allow soak time.
• Expectation: After 3rd slug pit has surfaced, pull to max capacity. If no results, send 4th pill down and repeat. Recovery usually achieved between 3rd and 4th pill with 10 barrels of water.
