The Challenge: Microsoft India wanted to create excitement and
drive event registrations among the Architect audience for its 13
part webcast series on Microsoft Sharepoint Server 2007. Timeus
was asked to plan, execute and manage the event promotion
among the audience, using the online medium
The Solution: Timeus conceptualised and created an end-to-end
online marketing campaign. A pre-event microsite, targeted emailer
campaign including teaser eDMs, event invite eDMs and reminder
eDMs generated awareness and drove registrations and
participation for the event.

Virtual Tech Days: Innovative Use of Technology to Promote Tech Products
The Challenge: Microsoft India wanted to create engagement,
generate and influence buzz among IT Professionals & Developers
for their new products- . Visual Studio 2008, Windows Server 2008
& SQL Server 2008 during their launch. Timeus was approached to
conceptualise & implement a live online event for it.
Impact & Highlights:•First of its kind online event in India with unprecedented
reach: 32 live sessions spread over 2 days, spanning 116 cities
•High audience engagement: Over 34,000 registrations, 29,000
attendees, 23,000 downloads
•Usage of emerging technologies like Microsoft Silverlight
The Solution: Timeus created a highly interactive, 2 day online
event and brought together the attendees and Microsoft product
experts. Audiences were engaged through tools like live product
training sessions, mashup sessions, and online quiz contests. A
supporting online marketing campaign drove registrations and
promoted the event.

use the online medium to make it possible.
The Solution: Timeus conceptualised and created a live online
event using Live meeting sessions on Optimisation and
Deployment of Windows Vista. Pre-event website, targeted
emailer campaign and contests like online quiz, ask & win, share
your experience were drove registrations for the event.

Office Ready Campaign: Churning Out Impressive Sales Figures
The Challenge: Microsoft India wanted to increase the adoption
of Office 2007 amongst the System Builders (including OEMs)
through the Channel network. Timeus was approached to create
& implement an online marketing campaign.
The Solution: Timeus offered a FREE 60 day trial versions of
2007 in the PCs sold by System Builders (& OEMs) to the end
user. The PCs were branded as Office Ready PCs. The
campaign included a Microsite, email campaigns, contests, and
free goodies.
