Message of the Week !
Let’s make it a conversation !
Business Roundtable
Far from old paradigms, the roundtables’ are not
only for big corporate boards to discuss their
business status. Roundtables are also for
entrepreneurs to brainstorm on ideas,
strategies, collaboration, business trends and
mentorship. If, you can’t find an
entrepreneur roundtable near you, create one and be the leader in this type
of initiative near you!

Leadership My Sharma Life Hello, there ! My name is Isa {you know, for Isadora} and I will be sharing My Sharma Life with you. I decided to start reading the book “The Leader Who Had No Tiale” and apply the concepts Mr. Robin Sharma illustrated on this best seller book. Every week I will read a chapter, apply and come back to share my experience. This is definitely a big challenge for me, since I never write for a magazine before. Hope to enjoy the ride and I extend this invita$on to the en$re TIP – The Magazine for Growing Professionals readers. Let’s begin the journey ! Chapter 1: Leadership and Success Are Your Birthright What is your first thought when you read this? Do you really believe that you born with the right to be a leader and to be successful? See you next week…
Let’s go back to the 60’s The 60’s where full of new ideas that solve and fill out the life’s of many. It was the era when many want to be different, kind of breaking the rules, reinventing themselves not because they were business people but because they need an escape from the gray, the standard, the same’ oh, same’ oh mode. Great American leaders raised in the 60’s.
Leaders that felt like the common Joe, still they were able to make the difference. Looking for ways to fill others people dreams, it was about making it happen. When you are a leader, you are not looking to satisfy your needs {sometimes confused with ego}, for you is about the “Man in the Moon” speech. Leadership is about vision, empowerment, is about stepping out of the picture to make it better for others. What are you doing today to empower others? Are you stepping out of the picture or taking the attention away from the stars?

Wri$ng a Proposal? Do it in three simple steps!
A proposal is a document that offers a solution to a problem or a course of action in response to a need. In other words, is like innovating in your business. Is about finding a solution to an existent problem or situation. Write your proposal in third person, that way you will keep your emotional business attachments out of the problem/solution process.
What exactly is a PROPOSAL? “Start out with a few clean sheets of paper, and a few sharp pencils.”
1. Start writing out you ideas of what you are proposing to the company
2. State your purpose, which is generally what you will do for their company
3. Create a draft of about three paragraphs. You can elaborate as you go if necessary.

In preparing to write this book, Chris identified 1,500 individuals who have built businesses earning $50,000 or more from a modest investment (in many cases, $100 or less), and from that group he’s chosen to focus on the 50 most intriguing case studies.
In nearly all cases, people with no special skills discovered aspects of their personal passions that could be monetized,
and were able to restructure their lives in ways that gave them greater freedom and fulfillment.
There are many others like Chris – those who’ve found ways to opt out of traditional employment and create the time and income to pursue what they find meaningful. Sometimes, achieving that perfect blend of passion and income doesn’t depend on shelving what you currently do. You can start small with your venture, committing little time or money, and wait to take the real plunge when you're sure it's successful.
In The $100 Startup, Chris Guillebeau shows you how to lead of life of adventure, meaning and purpose – and earn a good living.
You don't have to live your life the way others expect.
