“Do it. Don't feel guilty about having a life that isn't grad school. Feel proud that you're well rounded and mentally healthy. Build a schedule in which working evenings and weekends is an option, not a necessity. Schedule in blocks of time that are personal and keep to it. Make your time at 'work' meaningful so you don't feel guilty when taking your personal time.” Stephanie LaZerte
