Teachers are the ones who create the world with all its beauty instilling values in student’s heart and mind.

It is good as teachers to self-evaluate yourself where do you stand as teachers?

How do you come across to children as a teacher?

You will become effective teacher if you do self-evaluation to yourself as when need arises.

 I as a teacher feel few of these followings need to be self-evaluated to become an inspiring teacher.  

How to do make your students to feel comfortable with your presence during your class and do you mean to them that you are approachable and do the children feel free to approach you? How is your attitude towards children. 

Approachable

In presenting your class to the students how creative you are and how do the children respond to your teaching.

Do you prepare and handle class such way that is attractive and captivating for the children to listen to you.

Attractive

It is very important aspect of teaching profession, understanding every child and their problems that they face with.

In those moments how do they find you? Are you a teacher who understands importance of every child ,their problem and guide them.

Understanding

This is one of the best qualities of a teacher to be a person of understanding.

This quality surly will help a teacher to be very effective. Understanding every child with their limitation and making them to discover their best at the early age is a great quality of a inspirational teacher.   

Being authoritative at times good but not all the time, how do you use authority for a better leaning? If the authority helps every child to learn better and they feel you are correct then you are a good teacher and know how to use the power of authority well.

Authoritarian

Real teaching and learning will take place when trust is excised between students and teacher.

It is very important aspect of leaning, only a positive trust will make a better leaning environment.

Trust creates confidence and confidence leads to commitment.

All these three virtues brings  a wonderful learning environment where teacher trusts  the students and students intern have a great trust in teacher.

Often we come across teachers who are not available for children for any doubts to be clarified.

A teacher must be ready to be available for the child to clarify and  get their doubts cleared at any time of the day.

In today’s modern world the influence of media has got great influence with every filed possible in more so education filed too.

There are better methods are available in market in the form of cd’s, online learning, computerized methods, smart boards ete..

With all this competitive technology how do you make your teaching interesting?

Today teaching and learning methodology has changed a lot, you cannot go on with old method of teaching and keeping a distance between students has someone inferior and teacher someone superior.

Yes we do should have certain level of distance but being friendly with students never lowering the dignity will help for better teaching and learning.

Being strict is different from being arrogant, a teacher must be strict at the same time your treating children with vengeance will never help to be great.

If you are a talented teacher then you can be sure you will command great respect from your students, but at same time your talented should be shared for the welfare of the children.

Teaching profession demands lot of patience, where at time as a teacher you may have to balance your carrier and family in a smooth manner otherwise it may lead to tensed moments.   

Short tempered

In your work place how do you carry out the duty assigned for you.

Do you obey the orders of the higher authority? How do you feel positive about you work environment with other co-team. 

Co-operative

Being punctual and duty consciousness is another important  good virtue of a teacher.

How do you carry out your duty? do  you work just for salary or do you work for the welfare of the children.

         The children in your class room are the best judges, they observe every move of yours, and the way you conduct yourself among staff, students, parents and public and more importantly your reaching on time to class as well as school .

So be punctual in caring out your duty.

   Above all qualities of a teacher being honest is the first and most important virtue, At any given situations you as a teacher must be honest.

Never give up honesty for the sake of pity things it will never lost.

Being honest at times may lead you to hard life, but be sure only honesty will win at last.

   As a inspiring teacher take time to do self evolution  whenever you find time or whenever you find your work boring, this will help you to discover certain methods to rediscover yourself as  best teacher.

Through self evaluation you can see the areas which you need to improve upon and thus your mission will become very effective as committed teacher.
