Un CV Australien a ses particuliarités, N'hésite pas a détailler toutes tes experiences et à expliquer precisement quels ont ete tes roles et missions.- Un CV peu faire plusieurs pages. Je dirai que cela ne doit pas aller au dessus de 4/6 pages pour être plus facile a digérer mais j'ai vu des CV beaucoup plus long encore...- Toutes tes experiences sont bonnes a mettre sur ton CV (tout particulièrement le volontariat / les activités extra scolaire... -> ce qui correspond au "work-life"b alance que l Australie prône!)- Si tu comptes envoyer ton CV en candidature spontanée. N'hesite pas a telephoner d'abord, a demander à parler a la personne (si tu as un nom) ou a demandé un responsable. Si ils ont le temps ils prendront le temps de te parler.

- N envoie ta lettre de motivation que si on te la demande... - De plus, si tu dois contacter une entreprise... ne voit pas cette entreprise QUE comme un employeur potentiel.. mais comme quelqu'un a qui parler sur place, a qui tu peux montrer ton interet pour le pays, l'entreprise, l'industrie.. Et donc n'hesite pas a poser des questions, a savoir si ils connaissent qqun qui serait interesser par ton profil... etc... et ensuite tu leur demandes si tu peux leur envoyer ton CV. (ayant deja parler avec toi, tu auras donc 20 fois plus de chance, qu'ils ouvrent ton email!!)- Le business environment, Ce n'est pas aussi formel qu'en France (ce que je dois avouer est assez agreable) Example; tu appelles tout le monde par son prenom, meme ton boss, et le boss de ton boss! Donc, quand tu ecris un email... n'ecris pas "Dear Sir.." mais plutot "Dear Paul" Il faut cependant savoir rester poli et respectueux.. et c'est là que tout repose et donne une ambiance de travail agreable!
