BackgroundTIS Holdings (Pty Ltd was founded in 1993 as a Training and recruitment entity. In 2004 a new ICT consulting division was added to fill what we perceived as a gap in the local South African information quality and management marketplace. Today, TIS Holdings (Pty) Ltd is a matured 100% black owned company with skills and expertise that are employed to provide strategic consulting services, training and recruitment to the broader public and private sector clients. The company has access to more than fifty professionals and has strategic alliances with large international players in ICT and Telecommunications industries.

Terry Ramabulana (Chairman) working career is epitomised by its versatility between business management, IT Audit and Business Consulting.Matilda Ramabulana (Executive Director: Human Capital) has vast experience in Recruitment and the development of Human CapitalS’thabile Zungu (Director: Risk & Audit) has extensive experience in accounting, financial management, Auditing (internal and external) in the public and private sector.
