TISSUE SCIENCES FACILITY Scanning and Image Analysis The TSF offers a full range of high quality, standardized, reproducible services including digital bright field slide scanning and image analysis services. Multiple software packages are available for image analysis, reconstruction, and deconvolution; these programs include Definiens, Metamorph, Velocity & ITEM Imaging Solutions. Our highly trained laboratory scientists offer formal software training and support; collaboration and pathological consultation is available to researchers at all points of the research process.
