TERMS OF OFFERThe minimum order quantity is $250.00All orders are subject to approval and acceptance by Titan Industries and it’s South Gate, California office. We attempt toship all orders as promptly as possible. However, orders are accepted with the express understanding that TitanIndustries will not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from any delays in shipment or delivery due to any causewhatsoever. Orders are subject to all governmental regulations, present and future. Orders shall not be subject tochange of specifications or cancellation without the consent of Titan, and then only at a change determined by Titan to besufficient to cover all costs incurred. Standard terms of sale are 2%, 20 days, from date of shipment (not receipt ofgoods), net 30 days. The discount available is pre-calculated on the invoice. Discounts are not allowed unless theaccount is current. Shortages of shipments must be reported in writing within 10 days of receipt of goods, Prices do notinclude any applicable sales, use, excise, or similar taxes, and the amount of any such tax which Titan may be required topay or collect will be for purchaser’s account, and will be invoiced to distributors unless appropriate tax exemption certifi-cate has been furnished.

FREIGHT POLICYAll shipments are F.O.B. from our factories in South Gate, California and Salisbury, North Carolina and are shipped freightcollect without exception unless otherwise agreed. All freight claims and tracers, except UPS, are the distributor’s responsibility.

PRODUCT WARRANTYAll Titan parts and products are thoroughly inspected and tested from the time raw material is received at our plant untilthe product is complete. Every effort is made to ensure that all products are free from defects in material and workman-ship. Any product that may prove defective in regard to material or workmanship within a said one year period, will, atTitan’s option, be promptly repaired or replaced or given credit for future orders. This warranty shall not apply to productswhich have been altered in any way, which have been repaired by any party other than an authorized Titan representa-tive, or when such a failure is due to misuse or conditions of use. Titan shall have no liability for labor costs or any othercosts or charges in excess of the amount of the invoice for the products.This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied and specifically the warranties of mer-chantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

CANCELLATION POLICYDue to the custom nature of hand built hose, all orders are considered firm and binding and can not be canceled orrevised once production and/or steel fabrication has commenced. If special raw material is purchased, and the order iscanceled before production commences, the distributor is responsible for the cost of said raw material.
