The chain with an unsurpassed number of studs for better grip and better wear. Double or triple pattern depending on chain dimension and tire size. Optional sidewall protection as pictured. All SM2D/3Dversions have oversized studs to increase grip and strength. The SM2D is made in 11, 1316 and 19 mm. Chain tightener is recommendedfor heavy chains.

The unique inter locking between the links will prevent the studs from lying down. The studs will stand upright at all times.

Every winter, municipalities, lumber yards, farmers, sportsmen, and homeowners face the same problem—poor traction due to harsh winter conditions. Heavy equipment such as tractors, fork lifts, and skid steers have to operate on icy surfaces and demand optimal traction.

MAXIGRIP™ ice studs provide a superior traction option for equipment with low clearance tolerances that do not allow for the installation and use of tire chains. MAXIGRIP ice studs also provide a cost effective alternative to having a second set of studded winter wheels.

TRYGG Beaver Installation

Installation for truck and bus chain

Lay the chain over the wheel with the boomer on the outside. The cams, if any, must be open. Pull outside boomer and insidefastener as far under the wheel as possible. Move the vehicle about 1/4 wheel length. Connect inside fastener in asidechain link as tight as possible. Guide outside boomer through a side chain link and tighten. Retighten the chain later byleading the boomer through next side chain link. If side chain is equipped with optional cams, turn cams for easy tightening.

If breakage in chain occurs, this can be fixed by enclosed repair link. Rubberbutton is easiest to fit by pressing with a hard object. Breakage must berepaired immediately. Repairing link can also be used as substitute fordamaged hook.

Warning! This chain is strictly to be used as tire chain only. Keep properly installed at all times. Breakage must berepaired. Failure may cause damage to equipment or injury and death to individuals

**Pre-Fit Tire Chain before use**Return Goods Policy:1. Authorization is given within twenty (20) days from date of original shipment, all parts subject to inspection. To obtain a written or verbal authorization number, please call your customer service representative.2. Authorization for return is valid for thirty (30) days from date given. Please note that the order number must be on all pack ages or they will not be accepted by Titan Supply for return and the parts will be returned to the customer “Freight Collect”.3. All freight sent back to Titan Supply should be sent freight pre-paid. A minimum restocking charge of 20% will apply except in the case of defective parts or an error made by Titan Supply.4. The goods must be received in “as new”, non-damaged condition. Merchandise returned in un-saleable condition will not be accepted and will be returned to customer “Freight Collect”.5. Only current parts, in complete and re-saleable condition may be eligible for credit. Credit amount will be determined after inspection of items.6. The purchaser is solely responsible for filing claims against the carrier for any loss or damage of items signed for by the customer.7. Special ordered or fabricated items are non returnable. If defective these items will be exchanged.

To Obtain Authorization and Return Items:• Call Titan Supply branch were products were purchased to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number in advance of shipping. This number must be included on all shipping paperwork.• Authorization for a return is not automatic and must go through an approval process before any Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number is given.• Goods are to be returned freight prepaid to Titan Supply. All returns must be properly packaged and identified with the RGA number provided.
