Work Ethic of NEAL-NET

– NEAL-NET considers the logistics information sharing with a high level view throughout entire supply chain. Based on the analysis of logistics business of supply chain, NEAL-NET defined public logistics nodes, such as highway freight stations, airports, railway freight stations and ports

– NEAL-NET itself doesn’t generate any logistics information. The major task of NEAL-NET is to define the interface standards of each public logistics nodes. And then promote the logistics nodes to reform their interfaces in accordance with these standards to realize cross nodes data sharing

– In order to evaluate the function of interface, pilots were performed by selecting typical platforms and ports in China, Japan and Korea respectively to implement NEAL-NET standards• Chinese side selected National Public Information Sharing Platform for

Transportation & Logistics (LOGINK) and Ningbo-Zhoushan Port to join evaluation

• Japanese side selected Tokyo-Yokohama Port to join evaluation• Korean side selected SPIDC as Korean platform and Busan Port to join

– Constructed query page of dynamic vessel status on the NEAL-NET home page. User can query the three countries' container vessel status.

– China side selected COSCON (E-commerce platform), COSCO Logistics (internal business system), Zhejiang Electronic Port (software of freight forwarder) and so on, had conducted the software interface reformation so as to query the interface. The functions of interface and standards were verified comprehensively. Reached first stage achievement and got highly appraise from user.
