Page 2: Title Research

ZombielandThe text throughout the title sequence is red and very bold, which connotes blood. This compliments the comedic style of the film; over the top gore. This helps attract a teenage audience who would find this humorous. The text gets “broken” and “smashed”, through interactions with characters on screen. Other text fades in and out. The title sequence is accompanied by Metallica’s “for Whom the Bell Tolls”. The rock song compliments the action in frame.
