A division of TNI International, TNI Interiors is a team ofArchitects and Interior Designers providing creative Interiorimaging and construction documentation services torestaurants, hotels and retail groups.

We focus on rollout design services providing low costalternative solutions for corporate owned and franchisestore operators.

Our team has delivered many highly successful designprojects, designed and implemented internationally. Servicesrange from concept design, complete interior and outsidefacade packages, landlord documents, layouts and detailedplans, signage package, furniture and layout, contractorplans, and detailed interior / exterior construction manuals.

Our Programs are flat fee based with transparent pricing anddeliverables.

FranchiseRollOutProgramTNI Interiors provides a clear Interior Design program forFranchisors and Franchisees, with a defined process, deliverytimeline and cost structure.

For new stores TNI Interiors provides standard corporatedesigns for Chains and Franchisees at a fixed cost.

Our process is in a simple order:

1. Layout – autocad plan2. Photo Realistic Renders – 3d Max3. Final working drawings

Depending on store size, the process takes 2 – 4 weeks fromstart to completion.

The benefits to Franchisors is that they ensure all franchiseesare following the same format and approval process, andthere is an easily accessible file library for all locations

The benefits to Franchisees include, very quick turnaround,renderings show exactly what the store will look like, lowercost, clear process and approval clarity.

Note: Not included as a standard are HVAC and Mechanical exhaustdrawings – although these may be provided, if required at additional cost.(We recommend local engineering company or local vendor for mechanicalplans given they will have better knowledge of the building etc.). TNI doesnot provide, load calculations, any form of engineering or structuraldrawings, Fire, Seismic, or under surface drawings.
