Full discovery has not been given by the Corporation Commission and partial discovery was late and was lied about. One cannot answer ghost fabrications or secrets or lies without discovery or presentation. A false fairy-tale complaint (and firm a unknown who) is not entitled to enforcement under law. Witness tampering and intimidation is a criminal offense. Character assassination by Arizona investigator(s), other States agent(s), and Federal agent(s) is a liable offense. Misrepresentation of events, documentation, and facts is illegal and unaccepted behavior. Omissions of vital information or the withholding of relevant information is unacceptable and constitutes willful act of perjury under administrative codes and laws. A State agent of Arizona misstating that they are acting on their own while being prodded by rogue Federal Agent(s) and other State agent(s) is a conspiracy and a violation of rights of the TARGETED individual. Further it is hard to supply a witness list when one is without a satisfactory discovery from the Commission representatives.
