Mrs Tice lived at Teeton Hall since 1971 and was a passionate breeder and rider of horses. In her role as Trustee of the Bernard Sunley Charitable Trust, she made significant donations to charities and in 2014, she was awarded the OBE as a recognition of her contribution to charitable works. At 11am we will start with the Furniture, Rugs and Work of Art followed by the Ceramics and Pictures. Pre Sale Enquiries: Any pre enquiries can be made by contacting Howkins & Harrison on 01788 564746. Buyers Premium: A Buyers Premium of 15% with a minimum of £1 per Lot plus VAT and maximum of £200 per Lot plus VAT will be payable on each and every lot in addition to the hammer price. Viewing: There will be a viewing day on Thursday 21st November between 10am and 4pm and from 8am on the morning of the sale. Refreshments: Light hot and cold refreshments will be available during the sale day. Payment: All lots must be paid for by cash, card or cheque on the day of the sale without exception. Buyers’ Bidding Numbers: All purchasers are requested to attend at the sales office prior to the sale to obtain a Bidding Number. Failure to obtain a bid card may result in the Auctioneer refusing to accept your bid. If you have a Permanent Bidding Number please use this number.
