• To anticipate future, we must identify signals of change
• To shape our future, we must interpret these signals and act in time

“Continuous change of technologies
requires continuous learning”
The Change in Technology
“Global competitiveness requires
continuous refreshing of technologies”
2. Change is Global
The Change in Technology

The Need for Lifelong Learning
Why Lifelong Learning?
WHY EDUCATIONAL PROCESS
MUST CHANGE:
“Our today’s practice to education is
inadequate. Going through a traditional
university in a single discipline with local
peers during a fix 4-year period is not
going to transform a person to become a
“global citizen.”
AIT is continuously changing ...
To embrace the changes, AIT tries to understand society with a global perspective; understand technology trends; appreciate diversity and multidisciplinary; know how to compete and collaborate; and complement regional universities.
AIT Develops Global Citizens; AIT Serves as Global Collaborative
Platform for Sustainable Solution of Mankind.
