• Other non‐residential/commercial properties – calculated fees based on the amount of impervious area using land use coefficients

• Limits peak stormwater discharge• Improves water quality of runoff• Recharges groundwater• Reduces amount of impervious surfaces
Economic Benefits• Reduces/eliminates conventional detention facilities• Helps prevent excessive flooding• Minimizes need for control measures
