Customs & Global Blue Tax RefundIf you are leaving the European Union and live outside it, you are entitled to a refund of the value added tax paid on all merchandise purchased within the EU and carried in your regular luggage or hand luggage. The Tax Free Cheque issued during purchase must first be postmarked by customs together with the receipt. Passengers must also present the purchased item, their passport and air ticket at customs. They are then refunded the VAT at the Cash Refund counter.

The customs counter is located on the Depar-tures level between Terminal B and C. Cash Refund counters can be found in every Terminal.

Items carried in hand luggage are only accepted at the customs and Cash Refund counters located in Terminal B after having passed the security control.
