Joseph Tan is the CEO of Leaderonomics Good Monday – the consulting division of Leaderonomics which focuses on partnering with organisational leaders to accelerate cultural change initiatives to achieve sustainable high-performance. As a Senior Faculty member of Leaderonomics, Joseph leads a team of program managers and facilitators to address cultural issues which plague growing organisations such as disengagement, lack of ownership, poor job fit, low morale and incompetent managers. With extensive working experience in corporations like Motorola, IBM and HP taking on roles in product engineering, sales, marketing and business development and coupled with more than a decade of experience in corporate training, coaching and consulting, Joseph brings a unique perspective to organisational development and cultural issues which is reality-rooted and pragmatically-simple. Instead of just conducting sporadic training sessions, Joseph provides the distinctiveness of consulting with organisations to create a roadmap for creating a culture of high performance which is both motivational and sustainable.
