DESCRIPTION

Lower Ground Floor / Ground Floor / First Floor There is a range of office suites within the building. Please see the attached schedule for a list of available accommodation. The office suites can accommodate from 1 – 6 people depending on size and all offices are fully furnished to suit the size of each individual office suite. There are toilet and kitchen facilities on each floor.

TERMS

All office suites are offered on fully inclusive licence terms which include the cost of heating, lighting, cleaning, electricity, receptionist services, telephone and broadband connection and charges*. Licence Fees start from £40.00 per week for the smallest office and paid monthly in advance. *Some overseas telephone calls are chargeable.

RATES

The only additional liability is for business rates. However, all occupiers, providing this is your only business address in England should qualify for small business rate relief of 100%.

VAT

All rents, prices, outgoings etc. are exclusive of, but may be liable to VAT. However VAT is not currently charged on rents.

LEGAL COSTS Each party to be responsible for its own legal costs incurred in the transaction.
