We recognise each stage – estimating, tendering
and construction – as critical components within
the risk management model, but also vital steps
toward developing trust with new and existing

training for our people and strive to continually

Morrow Building is a family owned building company based on the South Coast of NSW, in the beautiful town of Berry.
Company founder and Director Paul Morrow, a licensed builder for 20 years, is the driving force behind the
company’s growth and success. Since establishment in 2000, Morrow Building has expanded to employ a
team of experienced and dedicated carpenters and licensed builders, all with a common passion for quality
building and design. The passion of Paul and his team shines through in their attention to detail, allowing
them to deliver the home their clients are dreaming of.
With a reputation for excellent workmanship and professionalism, Morrow Building has developed and
maintained strong relationships with quality suppliers and trades across the South Coast region.
Morrow Building has successfully completed a broad range of projects ranging from renovations, extensions
and custom-built houses, through to duplexes and multi-unit dwellings for both private clients and
property developers.

Paul Morrow, founder and Director of Morrow
Building, has 25 years’ experience in the building
industry and has been a licensed builder for 20
years. Paul’s proven expertise and passion for
building architecturally designed homes has seen
him work with notable architects from many firms
in Sydney and locally on the South Coast. His
adaptive and innovative attitude, along with long
standing relationships with trades and suppliers
means even the most challenging projects are
always delivered to the highest standard.
Since establishment of the business, Paul
has continued to grow Morrow Building with
sustainable expansion into residential and
multi-dwelling projects. Paul is enthusiastic
and committed to continued professional
development for both himself and his team. This
has seen Paul invest many resources, time and
effort into continued learning and education
initiatives, that directly benefit the Morrow
Building team and its clients.
Paul, along with his wife Hannah and their four
children, lives in Bellawongarah, near Berry,
and in his downtime, enjoys spending time with
family and friends on the South Coast beaches.

Scott has been part of the Morrow Building team
since 2017, initially being employed in the role
of Carpenter. His leadership skills and can-do
attitude was quickly recognised and in 2018 he
was promoted to the supervisory role of
Site Foreman.
Scott provides supervision and leadership for
the onsite team, ensuring OHSA guidelines
are adhered to all times and that productivity
is maintained. Scott’s skills and experience in
planning and scheduling will ensure your project
stays on track and that workmanship is always of
the highest quality.
As Site Foreman, Scott is often the first point of
contact for clients and is adept at resolving any
questions or issues that arise during the building
phase of your project efficiently and effectively.

Hannah Morrow, Paul’s wife has been working
within the company since 2010. Initially
managing business finances and administration,
Hannah’s role has evolved, and she now supports
Paul in all aspects of the company, particularly
sales support.
Overseeing the administration and sales
functions of the business, Hannah schedules
client meeting and conferences, effectively
manages sales orders, and maintains
relationships with suppliers and contractors.
In addition, Hannah takes an active role
in the strategic growth and development of
the business.

Julie has been an integral part of the Morrow
Building team since 2015.
As Contract Officer and Office Administrator, Julie
is your best contact for all things administrative.
She is able to update you on any project details,
provide answers to any legal and financial
questions you may have, as well as being your
point of contact when it is time to hand over the
keys to your new home.
Julie’s experience and detailed approach to
projects will ensure that your project with
Morrow build will run smoothly and that great
communication is maintained throughout
the project.

Adam is a well known business coach in the Trade
Industry with a wealth of knowledge particularly
in the Building and Construction Industry. Since
2018 we have partnered with Adam to ensure the
continued sustainable growth and development
for Morrow Building.
Within our business, Adam’s role is to assist in
the development of growth strategies and plans,
and to drive continuous improvement. This
involves identifying and mapping business
strengths and customer needs, researching
business opportunities and viable income
streams, reporting on successes and identifying
areas needing improvement, and ensuring we
are in line with industry trends locally
and internationally.

As your builder we understand that your concern
for quality workmanship is of the highest priority.
However, until you finish your build it is difficult
to have complete confidence. To assist, we have
our quality build guarantee. This guarantee
means that on completion of your build we
will do a complete walkthrough and defects
inspection. A copy will be provided to you and
all items will be completed prior to final
handover payment.

The build process is just as important as the
build itself. So many families and companies
build homes and are happy with the end results.
However the process was stressful and not
enjoyable. To ensure this is not the case with

Kiama’s ‘Kamala’ came to life because of the passion,
dedication & work ethic showed by the ‘Morrow
Building Team’.
I am always amazed at the transformation from start to
finish. From what was a rundown, derelict, overgrown
eyesore of a house & land to a contemporary 6-unit
complex with clean lines, unique textures & colours which
utilises many building materials including steel, cladding,
render & concrete all highlighted by timber feature walls.
Builder, Paul Morrow & his team of Tim, Callum, Jacob &
Trevor were meticulous in their attention to detail & hard
work. I am fortunate that Paul’s design ideas are similar to
mine, allowing us to create & change along the way which
made the building process run smoothly.
The Morrow Building Team’s follow-up after the project
had completed, was faultless. His team were more than
happy to come back immediately to rectify any ‘new
build niggles’ which come hand in hand with
the building industry.
