Keeping your customers informedWe make delivery easy, in the UK and around the world.

Our UK delivery notifications let your

customers know exactly when their parcel

will arrive, right down to a one hour time-slot.

They can even follow the progress of their

parcel on My Parcel Live.

If they are out when we call, we will let them

know where we have left their parcel – with a

neighbour, at a Post Office®, or in a nominated

safe place at their address. And if there’s an

unexpected delay, we’ll make sure they know

what’s happening.

We’re also making delivery more convenient

with in-flight options that enable customers in

the UK and Europe to reschedule their delivery

day or location. And to help your overseas

customers manage their deliveries, we’re also

offering notifications in local languages to over

160 destinations worldwide.

Online trackingTrack the progress of a parcel out for delivery, with a signature on delivery available in the UK and worldwide.

Delivery notificationsWe’ll let your customers know when their parcel will arrive – with a one hour delivery window for UK services and email notifications worldwide.

In-flight optionsOffer your customers the option to choose a different delivery day or address in the UK and Europe.

My Parcel LiveUK customers can follow the progress of their parcel on a street map that shows the driver’s location.
