During this series, we have focused on how worship surrenders our lives to God’s Kingdom ways. The Kingdom of God is ushered into the world through surrendered worshippers like us. In our final week, we reflect on what it means to truly worship.

1. Daily, how have you been doing in using the Lord’s Prayer as a six-part conversation to worship? What have you gained? What has hindered you? How will you continue or start trying to use this prayer?

2. When you hear the words “worship” or “to worship” what image comes to mind? 

3. Ponder these statements about “worship”: If you identify as a follower of Jesus, and you are singing, you are not the audience as you worship. Instead, you are part of the choir before an audience of the One. And may you know that worship is so much more than raising voices in uplifting songs. Worship is giving our lives as a sacrifice to the holiness of God in response to who He is and His love for us.  Take a moment and write your own fresh definition of worship.

4. Meditate on each passage Psalm 100, Hebrews 13:15-16, Revelation 7:9-10. Paraphrase each one in your own words as briefly as possible. How are they different and similar? Which one resonates with you the most and why? 

5. How and when will you worship throughout your week? What reminders could you use to engage yourself in worship? Who could you speak with about your success or challenges?
