Evaluation Contest Introduce the SPEECH TO BE EVALUATED (NO MANUAL OR
STATUS) CONTESTANTS ARE ALLOWED TO TAKE NOTES Afterwards, ask all contestants to leave the room for 5
minutes to study their notes Ask a timer to signal 3, 4, 5 minutes Introduce an activity to fill the 5 minutes Call in and introduce each evaluator without comment 1 minute silence after each evaluation Collect communication equipments from contestants

Closing Give to each Contestant a ‘Certificate Of
Participation’. Announce winners in reverse order* and give
them their Certificates and trophies. Congratulate the Contestants who were not
placed and thank all those who helped. * Winners announced are:
if 5 or more Contestants: 3rd, 2nd and 1st places if 4 or less Contestants: 2nd and 1st places
After Final Speech1 minute (or longer if required)
