Why are cigarettes bad for your health?
• Cigarettes have over 7,000 chemicals other than nicotine. Chemicals such as acetone (nail polish remover), ammonia cleaner), and urea.
• The toxic chemical carbon monoxide is released in tobacco smoke and can cause damage in non-smokers when they inhale the smoke.
• Nicotine, the main addictive ingredient in cigarettes. This chemical causes cravings from smokers that results in them needing to buy more and more of the deadly product.
• Cigarettes have 70 cancer causing chemicals.
