While some of the earliest messages you were given as a child were no doubt positive, many of them were also negative – creating the
self-‐image you operate from today.

Then as a child or teenager there are so many kids around you with low ____ -‐ ________ as you grow up and so you become who you

Personally, I always had low self-‐esteem and lack of confidence as a child and that
continued into my teens and early twenties.
Over a relatively short period of time, I worked incredibly hard but I really struggled.
But then something amazing happened. I met someone who saw my potential &________ in
me more than I ________ in myself.

My mentor explained to me how I, like most people, was programmed for __________ & how people never consciously outperform

As you write, imagine your athentic self standing in front of you. This is the most
magnificent being that you can imagine – your ____ self.
Take a moment to feel totally happy with your authentic self. Look at the way the authentic you stands, breathes, smiles, walks and talks.
Look at how this perfect you speaks and __________ with others.
Imagine showing up as your greatest self in all
that you do. Every day you take the actions you know you need to take, you seize the ________ and
really go for it.
You handle __________ and __________ in a much more elegant, effortless way.
Repeat this exercise once a day by reading
your new script & running it through your mind.
