The winner will receive a $25 Target gift card & will have their art (with their name) on the 400+ posters displayed throughout the area. Join trained car seat technicians at the Eastside Baby Corner Hub Saturday, July 23rd from 1 to 4pm for a Car Seat Check Up, and learn everything you need to know to make sure your car seat is fitted and installed correctly. Suggested donation of $10 per seat. Contributions benefit Eastside Baby Corner, helping to buy car seats for local families who cannot afford them. Space is limited and registration is required. Back to School? Already? Even though summer vacation has just begun, back to school time is already on our minds. We have a lot to get done to make sure we have enough supplies to fill all the back to school orders. For our school supplies program we offer backpacks alone and backpacks full of supplies, for two different age groups (5 to 8 and 9 to 12), and for both genders. We have a list of supplies that we created from the school district’s recommended supplies list, and we do our best to offer children everything they will need. We rely almost completely on donations for all of our school supplies. We are happy to accept almost anything school related, but are particularly in need of college rule notebooks and filler paper, erasers, markers (wide and fine), color pencils, scissors and boys backpacks. Eastside Baby Corner makes a positive difference in the lives of children and families in need. We do this by collecting and purchasing children’s items and distributing them, free of charge, through local social service agencies. We give families help and hope.

About UsEastside Baby Corner (EBC) was founded in 1990 by Karen Ridlon, a local pediatric nurse practitioner who was concerned with the large numbers of babies in her practice that began life without adequate food, clothing, beds or safety equipment.
Her commitment to giving these children a stronger start grew from an idea into an agency that annually distributes almost 60,000 new or gently-used items.
EBC serves a broad area in greater east King County. It is the only agency that provides these unique services in this region.
EBC receives financial support from many of the cities it serves, as well as from private foundations, individuals, businesses, faith-based organizations and civic groups.
