Cuore di Bue is a very popular heirloom tomato in M diter nian Europe, mainly in Italy and France. It is a large vigorous healthy growing plant, which produces meaty beefsteak extra-large tomatoes, with a distinctive, ribbed, heart shape (Ox heart type). The fruits have a deep red flesh with a very good real tomato taste. It can be used for fresh slices or tomato creamy.
