All registered DMFA hunters must complete and submit the Hunting Log and Harvest Report even if you are not able to hunt or do not take any deer.

Use this form to record all of your deer hunting activity within the Tompkins County DMFA, your deer sightings while hunting, and any deer that you harvest using DMFA carcass tags. This form will serve as your harvest report for all deer taken on DMFA carcass tags

• Use only blue or black ink; fill in dots completely; and do not use zeros or dashes if no deer were seen or taken.• Hunt Locations: Identify each town and WMU where you hunt within the DMFA. If either the town or WMU is

different, record it as a separate site number.• Hunting Activity: Fill in the date and site for each day you hunt, even if you did not see or take any deer that

day. Do not fill in dates for which you do not hunt. If you hunt multiple sites on the same day, record theinformation using a new line for each site.

• # Deer Seen: Fill in cells for all deer you see while hunting. If you do not see or take any deer on a particularday, leave these cells blank; do not fill the cells with zeros or dash lines. If you are unsure whether a deer is anantlered buck or antlerless deer (doe or fawn), include it in the "unknown" category.

• # Deer Taken on DMFA Tags: Only include antlerless deer taken on DMFA carcass tags. Do not include deertaken in the DMFA on bow/muzz, DMP, DMAP or Regular Season tags.
