At the core of the 1850 TMM is ductile cast iron construction, high grade bearings, and guideways that are paired with Omega’s unsurpassed imaging system. This unit comes standard with features such as vacuum clamping, 1μ precise fine adjustment, touch screen monitor, label printer, surface inspection light, and G3 software. Available options include high precision spindle with mechanical clamping, P7 software, and a touchscreen monitor. Our P7 user interface exceeds industry standards with a fresh, innovative approach. P7 allows the user to have the confidence and know-how to get the job done in a timely and efficient way.

The P7 interface was designed with the end user experience in mind. An intuitive design makes this complex application easy for operators of any skill level to use. These features also include a flat color scheme designed to reduce eyestrain and indicators are used throughout the software to eliminate the need for clunky, cumbersome manuals.

Our P7 software is completely modular allowing you to choose the measuring features and programs that meet your application needs without being packaged with unneeded options.

The world’s first smart presetter. Simply measure a tool manually and our ECHO software will learn and repeat your movements. The measuring routine is saved to that tool assembly and can be repeated with the touch of a button (3 axis CNC machine required).

Automated Analysis Inspection and Measuring lets you verify profiles and forms with ease. Our fully automated AAIM process can produce a full DXF profile with tolerance bands and nominal vs. actual comparison on even your toughest tool or grinding wheel pack (3 axis CNC machine required).
