IAAPA proudly presents Tools of the Trade for Midway Games managers, a two-day event full of educational and networking opportunities for directors and managers in midway games operations. This year’s Tools of the Trade event is taking place in Southern California where we will visit four classic theme parks. Knotts Berry Farm, Six Flags Magic Mountain, Universal Studios Hollywood, and Disney’s California Adventure including premier viewing of the spectacular World of Color. The tour will take you through the midway games operations in each location where you will get an opportunity to explore how the parks “flash” their games area, how they set up and operate midway games, as well as get to experience the midway games operations in these parks on a busy day. IAAPA’s Tools of the Trade is your best opportunity to network and learn with people working in games operations that have experience and know-how. Get the tools you need to start your season off right, by attending this year’s Tools of the Trade for Midway Games. The registration fee is $99 which includes most meals, and shuttles to and from the Disneyland Hotel.

WHERE TO STAYThe host hotel is the Disneyland Hotel. If you register before April 21st you can avail of a special room rate of 179.00 plus applicable taxes. The Group Room Rates are subject to applicable City of Anaheim occupancy taxes, currently fifteen percent (15%), and a two percent (2%) ATID assessment.

Making A Reservation Attendees can make their room reservations by calling (714) 520-5005 or email to [email protected] and tell them they are with the IAAPA – Tools of the Trade. A credit card deposit of one (1) night’s room charge is requested upon making your reservation. Cancellation of your room must occur 5 days before your arrival date to received your first night’s deposit back.

Housing cut-off deadline is April 21, 2013. After that date, room rate and hotel availability can’t be guaranteed.
