Let’s face it, if you’re with a CRA, or Risk/Loss Management Firm, at some point a county criminal search, or other county level search request, is going to be

needed by your client base. For some, this can be the most profitable portion of the background screening process.

Things are different than they were, 15, 10, and even 5 years ago, concerning ‘standards’ of research and reporting at the county level. With the advent of

Database Searches, Screen Scraping, and the constant desire for more information on-demand, the rules have all but changed when it comes to what

research providers are expected to do, versus what they are able to do.

The personalities on this Panel are, quite honestly, pretty laid back. We’re going to pose a question that the Provider Committee has determined relevant

concerning the issues most CRAs/Regular Members are dealing with. Each Panelist will have an opportunity to answer this question and provide insight into

This session isn’t aimed to condemn or sling mud at any practices not immediately sponsored or championed during this hour. The goal of this exercise
