Quotes about The Agony and the Ecstasy

“This is the era I think I’d like to visit. I want to see what palpable optimism feels like.”

“Some pretty great books on that fiction list.” “Yes, that optimism is empowering somehow. Though it may

have been undirected in the 60′s, I sure think we could use more of it today. I look for that in people. I find it inspiring.”

“It’s interesting to compare the Fiction to the Non-Fiction list. And then you have In Cold Blood which is somewhere in between. There’s a metaphysical slant to the NF, too. I wonder if the top selling list is always just a little bit behind what’s cutting edge. If all of America is reading this, what are the fringe people reading?”

The American people liked him Because he was the biggest front man for the civil rights movement since Abe Lincoln. If he hadn't been sidetracked by Vietnam, he would be considered one of the greatest presidents of all time.

My Opinion of Bonanza• I like it because I'm a big cowboy

picture fan so this show was right up my ally…. I've seen this movie many times before so that’s why I chose it. I like the little comedy it has in it…. It’s a really good show and I recommend it.

My Opinion On DrugsDrugs in the 1960’s were very new to

everybody. Most people experimented drugs and got addicted. That’s what made hippies come about. A lot of crazy music came out. After people got done with a concert or a show they would do drugs to ease there mind. Drug dealer were becoming very smart in out running the police. Drugs were I would like to say a very good business:~)
