Celebrating40 years!

Cafe Diplomatico was fi st opened in 1968 by Rocco Mastrangjelo Sr., shortly thereaft er younger brother Paul came on board. Th e brothers envisioned having a typical Italian bar where Italian nationals could gather in the morning over coff ee. At a time in Toronto when out-door dining was almost unheard of, the sunny patio quickly caught on and now almost 4 decades later what started out as an innovation in the neighbourhood has now set the standard.

Over the years the popularity of the Diplomatico has caused the bar to expand into a full restaurant eventually taking over the store next door as well. “Th e Dip” (as it is aff ectionately referred to by its many regulars) has had staying power due to its versatile & reason-ably priced menu paired with its comfortable & unpretentious atmo-sphere.

Th e restaurant is still owned by the Mastrangelo family, younger brother Paul now runs it with Rocco Mastrangelo Jr. and niece Tina Mastrangelo-Windsor.

Before we begin we need to med-itate over a certain philosophy

used by top Masters around the world:

“Know yourself and know your compe-tition and you will never be defeated.”

This philosophy is used by winners in many types of competitions; in busi-ness it can, and should be, applied daily. Let’s review some key points to learn how to embrace this ideology and ben-efi t from its profound wealth of wisdom.

“ K N O W Y O U R S E L F ”

To know yourself you must take the time to realize and re-evaluate your business goals. Know your mission, examine your motives, and make sure you identify your strengths and weaknesses. It is vital to put everything on paper in order to assess where your current strategies will bring you in fi ve years. This will determine if this is where you want to be, what you can do to improve your situation, and the actions you need to take to ensure that this fi ve year goal is met. Some important tips to keep in mind:

Short-term sacrifi ces are often neces- »sary for long-term business growth.

You must be willing to commit to the »extra hours; discipline and continu-ous learning are required to take your business to the top and keep it there!

Conduct a competitive analysis »in your market, including prod-ucts, prices, promotions, adver-tising, distribution, quality and service. Be aware of the outside in-fluences that affect your business.

Seek help from other small busi- »nesses, vendors, professionals, government agencies, employ-ees, trade associations and trade shows. Be alert, ask questions.

These tips will help you discover more about yourself and your business. But now it’s time to take a look on the oth-er side of the fence…your competition!

“KNOW YOUR COMPETITION”

No matter what fi eld of business you are in, the same rule applies to all: nothing is new but every-thing can be improved. In a world of leaders and followers it is important to identify which group your business falls into. Are you satisfi ed with fol-lowing the pack or would you rather create your own path and defi ne a new leadership experience for others to follow? Businesses of ten or more years can often become affl icted with “out of the blue” syndrome; this is when you fi nd yourself compet-ing with businesses you have never heard of. Th is happens when new competitors fi nd a way to jump into a market with new products and technology that could leave you wondering what hit you. It may not be that your product has a fundamental fl aw; it is more often the case that someone has brought innovation to the industry. You earn no points for just thinking. Action must be taken…and the best way to start is by tracking your competitors’ actions.

Keeping on top of what your competitors are do-ing means you’ll fi nd out when they make eff ec-tive product or service developments. If they get to the market before you do, there’s a good chance you’ll end up the loser. Organize some sort of competitive-intelligence-gathering system that will help you keep track of what they’re do-ing. However, do not lose yourself into what they are doing; learn from their mistakes, improve your business accordingly, and keep pressing on!

On the other hand don’t be fooled when you see some of your competitors leaving the market. In the short term, this sounds great. Your competitors drop out, and you pick up the business they leave behind. Th e pie is shrinking, and as it does, business gets better than ever. But beware: Th is is a classic signal of a declining market. Nobody walks away from a growing business. Vibrant growth markets attract new competitors; they don’t discourage them.

“STAYING AWARE OF YOUR COMPETITORS WILL MAKE SURE YOU ACHIEVE YOUR BUSINESS GOALS AND STEP OUT OF THE RING A WINNER.”

CALIFORNIA SANDWICHES• Since 1967 •

The fi rst California Sandwiches is the Clare-mont location, still hidden in Toronto’s little

Italy region. In the late 1960’s it was a grocery store that was purchased by the Papa/Bertucci family. Th ey quickly discovered they had some-thing special, as customers were coming for lunch instead of the groceries. Th ey decided to capitalize on this opportunity as their hot Italian sandwiches were selling out daily. Th us the fi rst California Sandwiches was born. From its incep-tion in “La Rinacente” (the stores fi rst name), the veal sandwich has become one of Toronto’s favorite meals.

Today, very little has changed. Th ere are now 8 locations all family owned and operated. Tra-ditional methods of food preperation are still in practise. Each store has its own butcher and the meat is cut on site. Only the fi nest in Italian tomatos are ground for the sauce that is made fresh daily. Th e kaiser buns are baked every morning and are delivered by an Italian bakery. Cheeses and produce are bought and prepared for use as needed. Quality food and attention to detail have kept this business strong and valued. California Sandwiches is Toronto’s favorite hot Italian sandwich. You can taste the diff erence!

It all began in 1925 when our founder, Frank Steiner, set up a small textile rental plant in beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia. The early years focused on a single location, but opportunity abounded beginning with the rapid growth of the Alberta oil boom in the 1950’s. Frank’s son, George, recognized the potential in Canada and established eight new locations throughout the decade.

Today, we have 21 processing plants and 14 special sales and service centres strategically located throughout Canada from Victoria, British Columbia to St. John’s, Newfoundland. We provide work uniforms, restaurant linens and doormats to more the 80,000 commercial busi-ness customers.

Canadian Linen and Uniform Service will continue into the next century, pursuing the highest level of service perfection for its many valued cus-tomers. We will, however, always recognize the importance of our many capable and dedicated associates who ensure that our customers receive the quality of service they expect and the courtesy they deserve.

For this we will always be grateful.

While making your home’s air safer, duct cleaning can also reduce heating and cooling costs by al-lowing your system to operate more effi ciently.

Duct cleaning can reduce maintenance costs because a clean system has fewer breakdowns. Sleep patterns and overall personal comfort are generally improved in an environment of clean air. When this service is coupled with the installa-tion of a whole-house HEPA fi ltration system, their customers enjoy the absolute highest quality of clean air possible. A whole-house HEPA fi ltration system is an excellent investment in your family’s health, and is relatively inexpensive considering the benefi ts you will receive.

In addition, dryer vent cleaning improves the safety and effi ciency of your dryer installation. As a dryer vent becomes fi lled with lint and other debris, drying-time increases and can cause the dryer itself to overheat, sometimes causing a fi re.

BUSINESSAs a business owner I do understand the needs of success, in fact success is my passion. I enjoy it so much that I actually make a living by promoting it. I would like to give you a glimpse of my experience of 12 years in business, and the struggle to fi nd the crucial balance between Business and Family.

As a young entrepreneur I was always involved with many communities and their diff erent varieties of business. So I quickly understood that busi-ness can get really intense, and passion for what you do is the only way to stay in business. You have to keep pushing until your business becomes a part of you. But, on the other hand, we have our family which plays a huge role in our lives. I always focused on my business to provide for my family, but when your business is growing fast it demands more time and

eff ort, leaving less time for your family. Th rough my experiences I now understand the importance of balance between Business and Family!

It is a dead-end street whenever we try to tackle the “Business vs. Family” debate, because both

sides play important roles in our lives. As a family man I teach my children how to integrate themselves positively into society and provide them with the basics in life. Th is is where business comes into the picture and makes it possible for me to provide for my family; it’s importance

is undeniable. So the question remains... how do we deal with this unstoppable dilemma? I would take the risk to state that one should focus

on the business goal, but never forget the foundation of life... your family!

On the opposite page you have the opinion of a business owner’s child, my daughter Dyvine, and what she feels about her experience with

a parent in business. I guess she, and my growing boy Bradlee, are the fine examples that I have found balance in my life.

By: David Silvestre

P.S. My Daughter I love you, unconditionally; thanks for your words, I look forward to taking good

care of you and your baby brother Bradlee.

IT IS A DEAD END STREET WHEN-EVER WE TRY TO TACKLE THE “BUSINESS VS. FAMILY” DEBATE, BECAUSE BOTH SIDES PLAY IM-PORTANT ROLES IN OUR LIVES.”

FAMILYHi, my name is Dyvine Silvestre, and I am a business owner’s daughter; through-out my life I have had many feelings, both good and bad. Th e good ones always

make my life easier and the bad ones just make me stronger. For the good feelings, I can’t describe how awesome it is to be able to meet so many important people and

visit so many extraordinary places, which gives me so much education about the busi-ness world. For the bad feelings I have to learn how to have fun while helping my parents with their business and not just like any regular kids my age who spends their time doing as they wish.

I am very lucky to be a business owners daughter, my parents teach me so much about life and they are able to offer many opportunities to help my dreams come true. But with these great opportunities comes great responsibility, such as having to do my homework by myself and making sure I have time for extra activities that help me to un-derstand and help my parents’ business.

By now you must be asking yourself what kind of business my parents run, let me explain. Th ey survey the general public to fi nd out who are their favourite businesses inside and outside of Canada. Afterwards, they award the business-es that got the most votes and they even organize a yearly event for the winners in multicultural communities. At the event we have the honor to receive the support from our Prime Minister Stephen Harper and I have the great opportu-nity to open the event by singing the Canadian National Anthem. If you want to see me performing and more info about my parents business, you can visit www.topchoiceawards.com and click on the media button.

I guess hard work pays off !

Th ank you for reading and have a Top day.

By: Dyvine Silvestre

P.S Dad I know you’re working hard to enjoy good times with me in the future and off er me what you never had, but remember that I am here now, and the best off er is your time to play with me!

We are proud of being GTA’s 2008 Top Choice for Child Care. The driving

force behind everything we do at York Professional is “what is best

for children?” It begins with what happens in the classroom, the variety of

educational programs we offer to children, includes the training we provide

for our teachers, and the partnerships we develop in the community.

Our children enjoy more than a safe, happy learning environment: they are

encouraged to be courteous, respectful, responsible and confi dent individu-

als who are prepared to meet not only the demands of school but also the

pressures of society.

Our Child Care Centres, Before and After School Kids’ Clubs and licensed

Home child Care programs are designed to meet the daily needs of children

12 months to 12 years. These are supplemented by Early Literacy programs

and a unique overnight Summer Leadership Camp for 7 to 16 year olds.

We also provide twelve week Family Child Care Training programs, funded

by the Region of York, for individuals providing informal child care in their

homes.

We are part of the Character Community of York Region, associated with

the Future Aces Foundation, and a partner with the Board of Education in

the delivery of the Roots of Empathy program. We challenge and support

our teachers to help them perform with purpose and passion.

In Indian fashion a “Chunri” is a decorative scarf or wrap that can be worn a variety of ways, either on the head as a veil or over the shoulders or arms. To Pinki Gulati, “Chunri represents respect and tradition, and evokes the feel of true Indian culture. Chunri provides latest collection inspired by art and history of Great India translated into every stitch and every weave. Styles that link past to the present. Refl ecting your spirit and the vibrancy of age-old cultures.

His father started the business in 1950 in Jullundhar, Punjab. Gradually, his brothers joined him and eventually in 1978, Pinki joined the business also. There were two locations with the names “Gulati Cloth House” and “Golden Silk Store”. “Since this was a family business, I received first-hand knowledge and guidance from my father and brothers. Different colors and patterns always attracted my atten-tion but manufacturing and purchasing are the secrets to my success.”

In 2001, the family moved to Canada and set up shop in Brampton. Success soon followed due to their unique de-signer collections and selections unlike any other stores in

North America. The result was expanding of the horizons as another location was opened in Vaughan.

“Our customers tell us that our dress and accessories are addictions for them!” Repeat business is incredibly important for the company. Clients return again and again because of one thing, unique designs. Even the actor Shahrukh Khan used to visit with his wife Gauri, “even they appreciated the exclusivity of the designs”. “Thankfully we now have a name within the industry and now people approach us to design wardrobes and collections for them.” Also, Puja Gupta, Miss India Universe 2007 and representative of India in Miss Universe 2007 (one of the top ten contestants) likes to wear our collection.

The design and merchandising team includes his wife and children, allowing another generation of the Gulati fam-ily to continue their grandfather’s work. Pinki’s daughter Neha, has done designing from Delhi and his son Ankit is a Gemologist who is now pursuing his career in Fashion Designing (from the IADT). For the future Gulati plans on opening location in New York and UK.

1. EARLY DAYSWhen he was just nine years old, Karim Hakim suffered through the loss of his father. The young Iranian left school to support his family. After a brief stint at a Tehran blacksmith shop, Karim found employment grinding magnifying glass from old window panes. As a young boy, he learned many aspects of the eyewear business, from lens grinding to equipment maintenance and upkeep of worn machinery. Long before he knew it, Karim was sowing the seeds of one of the most successful optical companies in Canadian history, by learning from his experiences and fi nding opportunities where others saw adversity.

2. A WORLD OF OPPORTUNITYAs a 14-year-old, Karim set his sights on completing his education and tried to reach the former Soviet Union to enroll. Caught by a border guard and returned to his native Iran, Karim was undaunted in his effort to improve himself, and toiled in night school to learn how to read and write. Five years later, Karim enlisted in the Iranian army and enjoyed his fi rst tastes of the world that awaited beyond his own borders. He emigrated to Germany and also worked in Switzerland, where he learned modern methods of grinding optical lenses for precision instruments and eyeglasses.

3. SETTING SIGHTS HIGHIn search of a future where he would fi nd the success he craved, Karim came to Canada and found work in the fi eld of ophthalmic

lens grinding. Carefully saving his money as he gained the expertise he needed, Karim waited for his chance to strike out on his own. In 1967, he set up a laboratory in a dance hall in the former Elmwood Hotel in downtown Toronto, and then moved his operation to Elm Street. Next, he bought and rebuilt old equipment from a closed-down lab in Chicago. Karim’s dream was becoming reality. Armed with dozens of pairs of his very own and brand-new lenses for sale, Karim began to knock on doors.

4. A MAN OF VISIONKarim’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to the shops of opticians and optometrists who supplied him with frames to mount his lenses and paid him the not-so-princely sum of about $4 per pair. And although Karim’s reputation as a quality lens grinder soon became well-known, he quickly realized that he needed to become his own middle man if he wanted to capture more of the $80 retail price of a pair of eyeglasses that his optician friends were able to charge. Karim decidedhe needed to learn more about marketing strategy; specifi cally, something called “vertical integration.”

5. WHOLESALE MEETS RETAILIn the wholesale trade, his profi t margin was less than one dollar. By making his own lenses and selling directly to the public, his profi ts increased to over fi ve dollars, with prices still well below those of other shops. Karim decided that the key to bigger success was to fi nd a way to market his quality, lower-cost products directly to the public. Opening a small storefront operation, Karim sold dozens of pairs of eyeglasses during the day, and then would often stay at work most of the night grinding lenses to fulfi ll his promise to his customers of 24-hour delivery on every order.

6. GOING THE EXTRA MILEKarim’s philosophy of honest value, quality and personal attention brought customers fl ocking to his retail outlet, which became so busy that customers had to wait outside until someone left. Satisfi ed customers returned often, and brought their friends and family with them. To accommodate his burgeoning business, Karim moved his

equipment into the basement. Soon, his showroom and eye examination centre had taken over the entire main fl oor. Not wanting to turn anybody away, Karim went the extra mile to grind special lenses for cataract patients and provide other unique services as requested by his customers.

7. KEYS TO SUCCESSOne of the many keys to Hakim Optical’s success was Karim’s commitment to hiring, personally training, and mentoring the best young staff he could fi nd. As a result, many have stayed with the company for decades, working as opticians and technicians. As well-trained staff began to run more of the technical side of the business, Karim’s time was freed up to enable him to focus on developing new retail opportunities. Today, customer value and quality remain integral to the company’s mission statement, and factor largely in Hakim Optical’s extremely loyal client base.

8. QUALITY FIRST – AND FREE FRAMESBy purchasing frames at bargain prices through bankruptcy sales, Karim launched his innovative marketing strategy of offering free frames with the purchase of a pair of lenses. Soon, he was buying thousands of low-priced fashion frames directly from manufacturers and offering a much wider selection of frames. To keep standards high, Hakim still offers a oneyear guarantee against breakage on all frames. Karim enjoys recounting the story of competitors’ objections to his claims of having the lowest prices in town. After thorough investigation, the case was dropped when it was revealed that Hakim Optical’s claim was completely valid.

9. MORE THAN MEETS THE EYE“A pair of glasses isn’t just a device to aid your eyesight,” says Karim. “They’re fashion.” Many

customers are attracted by the store’s philosophy that eyewear should also look good and fl atter the face. Today, Hakim Optical offers a selection of more than 3,000 fashion frames imported from as far away as the Far East, Italy, France and Germany. The golden rule at Hakim remains the same in 2008 as it was in 1967: serve as you would be served. Today, 80% of the store’s clientele are repeat customers. In a typical day, the company sells at least 1,000 pairs of prescription eyeglasses.

10. A CANADIAN SUCCESS STORYBy consistently offering value, selection and excellent customer service, Sir Karim Hakim has turned a one-person operation into one of the most successful optical companies in Canada, with over 40 million pairs of eyeglasses sold to date. Today, Hakim Optical has 140 showrooms and 100 one-hour factory outlets in Ontario, Manitoba, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador and is expanding further into Western Canada. A supporter of Ride For Sight, Karim regularly dons helmet and leathers before hopping on his motorcycle to participate in this and other vision-oriented charitable causes. Hakim Optical also donates hundreds of thousands of pairs of eyeglasses to those in less fortunate countries.

The burger business is one of the largest take-out fast casual food offerings, however it has been regarded as a market with an emphasis placed on fast, not quality. Hero Certifi ed Burgers was launched as a response to a void in the market, which recognized that a burger offering does not have to reside in the non-nutritional fast food category.

When planning the menu for Hero, he took everything that was typical in a burger place and gave it his own twist. Thus, the hamburger is pure Angus Beef with no additives, hormones or antibiotics, free range beef, and the cheese, real cheddar, not processed. The buns come from a local quality bakery made to specifi cations developed by Lettieri. And the restauant also offers custom toppings such as avocado spread, zucchini wtth eggplant, and smoked provolone, boursin or brie cheese.

Equally as important as the menu are the means of presenting the product. Let-tierl worked with Toronto deslgn and branding fi rm to complete the identity, look and feel of the store, because the interior becomes an essential part of reinforcing Hero’s brand equity. Feature elements such as the large illuminated menu board and a communal table are distinctly unique details that build brand equity to support the quality of the Hero products. customers are visually alerted by this attention to detail and immediately anticipate a positive dining difference at Hero.

The formula has brought favourable reviews from food critics, and its success with consumers is encouraging Hero’s further expansion.

DR. William G. Middleton is proud to be the recipient of this year’s Top Choice Award. An ex-pert in the fi eld of cosmetic surgery for over 20 years, Dr. Middleton and the staff of the Middleton Cosmetic Surgery Centre employ a comprehensive approach to patient care by

offering both surgical and non-surgical procedures to both enhance and restore a patient’s appearance. Located in a warm and inviting Victorian brownstone at 120 Spadina Road in Toronto, Dr. Middleton’s friendly, knowledgeable staff instills confi dence, while striving for perfection in their treatments.

Dr. Middleton is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada, as well as being an assistant professor at the University of Toronto, Faculty of Medicine. He is regularly featured on Style by Jury and Skin Deep where he artfully transforms candidates into jaw-dropping “Wow’s!” with his skill and expertise. His goal is to achieve a natural refreshed look: “Cosmetic surgery that doesn’t leave you looking plastic”.

Dr. Middleton is widely recognized for his outstanding primary and revision rhinoplasties, or ‘nose jobs’. Liposuction for both men and women remains his most popular procedure, having treated thousands of patients over the past two decades. Other surgical specialties include designer face, brow and eye lifts to correct droopy facial skin associated with aging and sun damage. Body contouring, breast aug-mentation and tummy tucks are very popular with women after childbirth and breast feeding, and can greatly improve one’s self-esteem. All surgeries are performed on-site with overnight facilities and complimentary parking available.

The Middleton Cosmetic Clinic contains a state of the art MediSpa offering the latest in non-surgical anti-aging technology. Open Monday through Saturday, it is among the fi rst in the city of Toronto to offer Ultrashape: the only scientifi cally proven means of non-surgically eliminating localized fat deposits. Other MediSpa services include Accent, the next generation of thermal skin tightening for the face and body and fraxenated laser skin peels which effectively eliminate fi ne lines and wrinkles, while refi ning pores and skin texture. Epilite laser hair removal, laser tattoo removal, cellulite treatments, and intense pulsed light photo facials to repair sun damage and broken capillaries are also very popular treatments that aid in maintaining a fresh, youthful looking appearance. Often referred to as ‘lunchtime treatments” MediSpa treatments have little or no down time, and are performed in an hour, allowing the patient to resume normal activities almost immediately.

The Middleton Cosmetic Surgery Centre is one of the premier Bo-tox practices in the City of Toronto. Botox injections are a fast and easy way of achieving a naturally refreshed look by temporarily eliminating the worry lines, crows’ feet, and brow furrows that make an individual look tired and grumpy. Injectable fi llers can be used to fl esh out smile lines and folds, correct acne scars, and augment lips.

For a consultation with Dr. Middleton, call the offi ce at 416-966-3223, and visit www.middletoncosmetic.com for more information on Dr. Middleton and the Centre.

Tia Emilia, this seat’s for you.An interview with 41 years of experience in “food from the heart.

Let us know a little about your business experience?

Before opening Torreense Restaurant in Toronto, I opened my own restaurant at the age of 19 years old in Portugal. Today I make sure that I go back, to Portugal to visit my roots and realize how much I have learned since then.

How long have you been serving the community?

I have had this location on Dundas [2066 Dundas St W] for over 9 years, serving mainly the Portuguese Community. However in the recent years “Torreense” has become a destination for people of all cultures who wish to experience honest Portuguese cuisine.

What are your most famous meals?

Our most famous entrées are “Carne Alentejana”, “Bife a Casa”, and last but not least our seafood platter.

Every 12th of November Tia Emila celebrates her existence, she is now 60 years old. When we asked her what the secret ingredient was at Torreense, she replied, with a tear rolling down her face, “LOVE is the best ingredient that I put into my cooking.”

What plans does she have for the future?

Passing the business to someone she loves or selling are options, BUT when her 41 years (and counting) of cooking are over, her mission will dedicated to the elderly. She wants to befriend those in need, helping them smile during the last days of their lives.

Tia(Aunt) Emilia is the head cook and owner of Torreense Restaurant on 2066 Dundas St W. We sat down with her to learn more about her devotion to her work.

Running a business is like training an athlete for competition. Like an athlete, you must train daily to ensure that your business can remain competitive. The demands are physical, mental and spiritual and it takes true leadership to make it all come together.

Top Choice has some secret exercises that we use daily and we’re going to share them with you, so get your business ready to “feel the burn”.

Like all forms of exercise, you won’t see results if you don’t believe in the process. Before practicing these tech-niques you must believe that they will work, which brings us back to the “Law of Attraction”. Th is law is as real as gravity; what goes up must come down... what you put into the universe must come back. If you think success-ful thoughts and surround yourself with successful peo-ple, you will build successful relationships and become a successful person. It’s a two-way street though; the same goes for your negative thoughts and actions, like it or not!

At Top Choice Awards we focus on positive en-ergy. That’s why we identify and recommend the top businesses and professionals; we’re mak-ing it easy for consumers to enjoy positive expe-riences for all of their product and service needs.

OUR TOP 3 EXERCISES:

EXERCISE # 1:MOTIVATE

Motivate yourself daily. You are the only one responsible for this action, so every morning (before you do anything else!) wake up and take 2 minutes of your time to go outside, take a deep breath and say “Today is going to be a great day!” Th e results? A great day, guaranteed!

WHY IT WORKS It is called “Th e Law of Attraction”, which states that our thoughts directly infl uence the universe and, from our own experience, it really works... try it! When you think about a great day you attract a great day.

EXERCISE # 2:BE GRATEFUL

Be grateful. Always give thanks for what you already have. Gratitude is one of the most powerful emotions you can off er; use it to bring good things into your life in absolute abundance. No matter who you are or where you’re from, gratitude can dissolve all negativity in your life... no matter what form it has taken!

WHY IT WORKS Focusing on what you have, rather than what you’re missing, results in a healthier mentality and reduced stress. Reduced stress equals in-creased productivity and the eff ects on your business will be noticed immediately.

EXERCISE # 3:ACHIEVE

Look for an award competition and win it! Without bias, awards really do work! No matter what award you have, use it to your advantage daily; create media and public aware-ness that you are one of the most sought-after and trusted entities in your fi eld of work. By promoting your award you will promote your business, with the added benefi t of a third party stating that you are the best rather than you saying it yourself.

WHY IT WORKS Awards are trusted because they are bestowed by a third party. Every-one can say that are they best, but awards prove it!

FFFEATUUURRREEEEE :FEATURE : ISSS YYYYOOOOUUUR BBUUUUUUSSSSSINEEEEEESSSSSS INNN SHHHAAAAAPPPEEEE??IS YOUR BUSINESS IN SHAPE?FEATURE : IS YOUR BUSINESS IN SHAPE?How do you plan to stay competitive? Try these business excercises on for size.
