The tone of voice has to continuously imply a can-do attitude. Every sentence is a promise of something. That’s the attitude. We are here to do work, not to make things up.
We always talk about the future. Others could find it full of challenges, but we see it filled with opportuni-ties instead. Our viewpoint is always solution-centered. Without fear towards challenges. With short sentences. What we offer is the same faith in the future, and this is also what we expect from our recruits.
We don’t brag about ourselves. We are, however, self-assured and know what we are doing. And every-thing we do, we do for our clients, not for ourselves.

Brand images communicate the Future makers. brand promise. Their message together with the promise is that with Barona and the Barona community you can reach a new level and reach your goals, no matter whether an individual or a company.
To support the intent, brand images do not necessarily need any other message on top of the brand promise and the logo.
Since brand images already speak a lot for themselves, we recommend not to use too much other messages or texts together with them. The aim is to also use them on as large surfaces as possible.
BRAND IMAGES
Since every employee is important to Barona both as a person and an expert, the thematic images illustrate both of these roles simulta-neously by using the double exposure techni-que. These images resemble the brand images.
High-resolution TIFF images exist of the ima-ges from which the gray color scheme layer can be switched off in Photoshop when you wish to use white background for a more fresh impres-sion or easier control of the layout.To ensure clearer imprint, never use gray back-ground for newspaper announcements.
You can create new images by using the double exposure technique, but be careful when doing that to maintain a high-quality impression.
THEMATIC IMAGES
There should be plenty of photographic material to be used, as necessary, from the workplaces and actual work. If desired, the image repository can be complemented by stock material from other image repositories.
