Many of Lynn’s tips were things that many sellers do not want to hear and many that some realestate agents won’t point out to a seller. Lynn does an excellent job of being clear, concise, and certainly “doesn’tbeat around the bush” with her 20 Cold, Hard, Facts in real estate home selling.
