From counters to tables to benches, if you’ve got a need, let’s talk. Table Top Construction Edge-joined plank construction. Plank Width & Pattern Standard plank widths are 3”, 4” and 5”. Each individual top may be constructed using all three widths. Single-width construction is available. Millwork – Surface Top faces are offered either surfaced smooth or with the naturally distressed patina left partially intact. The naturally distressed option allows the wood to show more character, while still providing a surface face appropriate for most work environments. All tops are surfaced smooth on the underside to prevent clothing and other snags. Millwork – Edges Edges are offered surfaced smooth or with the original naturally distressed patina left intact. All edges are eased at approximately 1/8” radius. Finishes Standard finish options include natural oil or water-based polyurethane. All finishes are low-VOC. Some standard color options are offered in specific species. Custom colors and finishes are available. Please call for information. Note that variations in finish color will occur due to the natural characteristics of the wood. General Information Prices published in this Price List are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct typographical or printing errors. TerraMai will provide a written order acknowledgement with an approximate shipping date for all booked orders. Please check all product specifications and acknowledgements carefully for accuracy. • All pricing presented in this Price List is net pricing (not list).

• Orders shipping within two weeks OR orders of less than $10,000 (including materials, taxes, shipping, handling and insurance) are payable 100% at the time of order. These orders are payable by check, wire transfer or by credit card.

• Standard lead-time orders of $10,000 or more are payable 50% at the time of order, with the balance due five business days prior to shipment (ten business days prior to international shipment if shipment is international). These orders are payable by check or wire transfer (due to the cost of credit card processing fees – typically 4% of the charged amount – we are not able to accept credit cards on orders of $10,000 or more without an additional 4% fee).

TerraMai charges California and New York customers (without a resale certificate) the state mandated rate of 7.5% California sales tax and 8.875% New York sales tax. California and New York customers are responsible for any additional local/regional sales tax, if applicable. Additionally, shipments to Hawaii and Canada are subject to certain mandated sales taxes and/or import taxes. Lead Times Standard production lead-time is 6 to 8 weeks from the date the order is booked by TerraMai. A booked order consists of a signed Materials Bid and appropriate payment as specified in the TerraMai Materials Bid. TerraMai will issue an order acknowledgement within 48 hours of booking your order. Accelerated lead-times and expedites may be available (with upcharge). Shipping & Handling TerraMai ships materials FOB from one or more of our plant/warehouse locations. Shipping, Handling and Insurance (SH&I) costs will be included in the TerraMai Materials Bid. Delivery means dock to dock and does not include inside delivery or installation. If delivery is to be made somewhere other than dealer warehouse, please notify TerraMai in writing with the name and telephone number of delivery contact. Please note that if the Ship To address on your signed Materials Bid is incorrect and the material needs to be delivered to a different address, additional charges will apply. Product must be inspected at the time of delivery. If problems or damages result during shipment they must be noted and signed for on the drivers’ copy of the packing slip in order to file a claim. Please contact TerraMai immediately (and certainly within one week) with any questions or concerns upon receipt of product. Material Variability & Samples Wood is a natural material and varies in color, grain and other characteristics. This natural variation is part of wood’s inherent beauty. Reclaimed wood may show additional character and variation based on its prior history and use, including mortise pockets, nail holes, bolt holes, oxide stains, seasoning checks and more. This reclaimed character enhances the wood’s natural beauty and testifies to its prior history, adding visual richness and soul to any space. Due to wood’s inherent variability, individual table and finish samples cannot be expected to fully represent or precisely match the actual product. Warranty TerraMai warrants its products are free from structural defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years. Natural variations in wood shall not be considered defects. Warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear or improper use or installation. Please note that structural durability and stability of table products depend on the specific base that is used. As a result, the complete table is exempt from this warranty. See TerraMai Materials Bid and warranty documents for full details. Care & Maintenance The degree of wear to both the finish and the wood can vary dramatically from one project to another based on environment, use, sun exposure and other factors. A wood finishing professional with first-hand knowledge of the project is best able to advise on long-term maintenance and refinishing. For general care and maintenance, dust and wipe down the table top with a damp cloth with the grain of the wood. Do not use commercial spray cleaners such as Endust or Pledge or bleach-based cleaners. They can dull and cloud the finish. Oil Finish Oil repels water and liquids, but is not an inherently stain resistant finish. Spot treat scratches and dents with an oil-dampened cotton cloth. Buff until the scratch disappears and the freshly applied oil blends with the existing finish. Tops should be re-oiled at least once per year, or as needed, to ensure the wood looks it’s best and is protected from spills and other mishaps. Oil finished wood will continue to take on patina and character over time and acquire more beauty with age. Please see TerraMai Warranty & Care documents for more detailed information.

Polyurethane Finish Polyurethane seals and protects wood, providing a high level of protection against stains. To remove scratches, dents and other blemishes, the top will need to be sanded and an additional coat of polyurethane applied. Tops should be sanded and re-finished, as needed depending on factors such as use, application and environment. Please see TerraMai Warranty & Care documents for more detailed information. Acacia Acacia TerraMai’s Acacia table and counter tops come from orchard-salvaged acacia from Southeast Asia. This tropical hardwood offers rich medium brown color tones and interesting grain patterns. The acacia tree has been used as a source of shellac for thousands of years. Tannins from the tree are used in pharmaceuticals and as a food ingredient. The shoots, seeds and berries are also used in Southeast Asian cuisine. Acacia trees grow quickly and are culled from orchards after about 40 years of service, once they no longer produce shellac. Surface Face Options: Surfaced Smooth Face (SSF)

Known as the “King of Woods”, teak is prized throughout the world for its legendary beauty and durability. New, plantation teak cannot compare to old-growth Asian teak in either looks or performance. Teak is able to withstand sun, sea and just about anything Mother Nature has to offer. TerraMai’s reclaimed teak tabletops can certainly handle a little spilled coffee. Redwood TerraMai’s reclaimed redwood tabletops come from a variety of sources – old wine tanks, barns, bridges, zeppelin hangars, hops poles and more. Redwood’s renowned ability to withstand rot and decay make it an ideal material for exterior installations, such as outdoor dining. These unique natural properties, combined with the wood’s inherent beauty, threatened the very existence of the extraordinary old-growth redwood stands found only in Northern California.
