Torch Awards:1. Go to www.bpa.org. Go to the Service Tab, Under the Torch Awards, and then choose the online
system option.
2. You will need to log in, make sure to let it know that you are an advisor. (I always forget this step.)
3. To see who is eligible for Diplomat, choose the button List All Eligible for Diplomat.
4. If you have any students that are eligible they will appear at the bottom of the page. If they are eligible, please hit the submit button next to their name.
5. After doing this step, press the PRINT SCREEN button on your keyboard . That will create a screen shot so that we can see the student’s names and contestant number.
6. Open up a Word Document. In Word press the paste button (or if you are lazy like me, you can press the Ctrl key and the V keys.) Please email this Word Document to Mark Chavira ([email protected]). The deadline is Wednesday January 8th, 2014.
