Double-ended spindle ratchet mechanism for rapid ‘run down’ in confined spaces (except on EDS models). This also enables tightening or slackening of left or right-hand threads, making this economical wrench perfect for all jobs.

Low torque range calibrated and production wrenches for use in Production and Assembly areas, incorporating the latest ‘slip free’ technology. Mechanism ‘slips free’ when the pre-set torque is reached, eliminating the possibility of over-tightening.
TSC calibrated tools have micrometer style adjustment scales, meaning the Operator can change the torque setting quickly and easily - making this a very versatile tool.
TSP range of production wrenches must be set using a Torque Analyser, making the wrenches extremely valuable in a production environment where high repeatable accuracy of a specifi c torque value is vital.

Torqueleader TC Range of Adjustable and Pre-set Clicker Wrenches

TCR and TCS range of ‘clicker’ type wrenches ‘click’ to signal the pre-set torque has been reached. Incorporating a calibrated adjustable scale that allows the user to change the torque setting quickly and easily.

TALS-2 Torque Activated Logging System
TALS-2 enables the remote monitoring of a set torque being applied to a fastener, without the need for cables. TALS-2 can be used in conjunction with a Production Line Computer System to control work fl ow.
The following tools can be ordered with RF Transceiver capabilities - TSP, TSN, TBN-E and TBNS.
The TALS-2 Core System comprises of a User Interface Box (UIB) and two Transceiver Nodes.

Sw Electrical Switch Tools
This system allows automated monitoring of the torque application process, via a simple switch. This technology can be used in conjunction with a Production Line Computer System to control work fl ow.
TSP, TSN, TBN-E and TBNS tools are all available with an Electrical Switch facility, allowing an external device to count the number of times the pre-set torque has been applied.
The tool is connected by a cable to the monitoring station and can be interfaced with computers, gate switches etc.
Slipping Torque Breaker
The STB has been designed utilising Torqueleader’s unique ‘slip’ technology. The STB allows the use of interchangable spanner attachments as well as the traditional use with nut sockets.
The tool slips 110⁰ before automatically resetting ‘in line’.
Ideal for use in hydraulic pipe work applications where nut sockets cannot be used.
Accuracy ± 4% of setting.
MTP, MTS and STM Torque Analysers
A range of Mechanical Torque Analysers, ideal for setting and calibrating mechanical torque tools.
Clear, easy to read dual measurement (metric and imperial) scale in a robust aluminium housing designed for bench mounting.
MTP and MTS Analysers guarantee repeatable accuracy of +/-2% of reading.
STM Analysers, with a hydraulic load cell mechanism, guarantees accuracy of +/-1% of full scale.
All models are supplied with a fully traceable Calibration Certifi cate.

ET.cal is a microprocessor controlled Torque Analyser for calibrating and pre-setting medium to large torque wrenches (up to 1000 N.m)
The 3 modes of operation are Track, First Peak and Final Peak. Selectable units of measurement are N.m, cN.m, lbf.ft or lbf.in.
Modular system with a variety of different sized transducers and accessories, which can be purchased separately, making the ET.cal very economical.
Core System comprises: Transducer, Display Module, Display Stand, Cable (Transducer to Display Module) Power Supply, Instructions and Robust Storage Case.
