QUALIFYINGVOLUME

Thefirstqualificationtoearncommissionsisgeneratingatleast40personalQV.WhenyoupurchaseaTLCproduct,suchasIaso TeaorNutraBurst,itgeneratesvolume(QV)thatcountstowardyourqualification.

GETTINGQUALIFIEDTOEARNThereisnochargetobecomeamemberofTLC.Yourproductpurchaseandbusinessstarterkitwillgetyoustarted.Yourveryfirstorderwillassignyouarepnumber,provideyouwithafreewebsite,and,asarep,youwillbeeligibletoparticipateinTLC’sgenerouscompensationplan.

EARNINGSSTRUCTURE 13EarningsStructure:HIERARCHYAsyourgroupcommissionablevolume(GCV)onyourlesserteam(weakleg)growsyouwillmoveuptherankslistedbelowandyourpaypercentageratewillincreaseaswell.ThePersonalQualifyingVolume(PQV)requirementalsoincreasesasyoumoveuptheranks.Oncearep’sbusinesshasgrowntothe levelof“Director,”thereisthepotentialtoearnadditionalmoneyintheformofa“MatchingBonus.”Thisbonusiscalculatedasapercentageofthebonuspaidtopersonallysponsoredrepsand2ndgenerationrepsthathavepersonallyachievedatleastthelevelofAssociateandhavebinaryearningsduringthecommissionweekbeingcalculated.

CompPlanFeaturesHighestRankAchievedGracePeriod- OnceallthequalificationsofarankhavebeenachievedforthefirsttimeaTLCrepwillbepaidatthatrankforthecurrentpayperiodaswellasthenext4payperiodsregardlessofPLV.RepmustbeACTIVEduringthisperiodwiththeproperPQVforthecorrespondingrankandbebinaryqualifiedthroughoutthegraceperiod.Oncethislifetimerankachievedgraceperiodhasbeengranted,itcannotbeusedagainforthesamerank.RetailBonus- ATLCrepmayearnunlimitedretailbonusesonallpersonalcustomerordersaslongastherepisactivewithamonthly40PQVorder.LowQualificationRequirements – TLCwillpayupto60%ofallcompanywideCVforthepayperiodthroughtheBinary,andMatchPaybonuses.Payoutsofthesetwobonusescombinedwillbecappedat60%ofthecompanywideCV.NOTE– FastStartBonus,RetailBonus,andLifestyleBonusWILLNOTbecapped.UnlimitedWeeklyCarryoverVolume - ATLCrepwillbeallowedto‘bank’anyunusedvolumefromeitherlegfromweektoweeksolongastherepremainsACTIVEandBINARYqualified.Arepthatbecomesinactiveorisnotbinaryqualified,forfeitsallcarryovervolume.Arepmaybegintobuildcarryovervolumeagainonceheorsheplacesa40PQVorderandbecomesactive.
