Assembly Step 1

Press FR8ZZ bearing into large

hole oriented as shown.

Press FR6ZZ bearing in to hole

as shown.

Assembly Step 2

Press two R6ZZ bearings in housing recesses

as shown.

Assembly Step 3

Place cluster shaft in bearing as

shown.

Assembly Step 4

Place large cluster gear on cluster

shaft with circular boss facing down

against bearing.

Assembly Step 5

Place small cluster gear on

cluster shaft with cirular boss

facing up.

Assembly Step 6

Snap clip onto output shaft in

groove.

Assembly Step 7

Place output shaft assembly

into housing thru bearing.

Assembly Step 8

Place output gear on shaft making

sure circular boss on gear is facing

up.

Alignment

Features

Dispense grease on the gears and

then place the plate assembly on

the housing, lining up the shafts

and bearings, and alignment

features.

Assembly Step 10

While holding the

nut in the recess,

drive the one inch

long screw from the

plate side with a hex

driver. Do this four

times.
