However, the time commitment can be intense, especially since I still have all of my responsibilities at the School of Public Health.

I’m lucky to have the support of my SPH team and our director, LoriLee Rebhan, who believes in the importance of this project and is willing to work around my time out of the office.

It is definitely an exercise in time management and having the encouragement of one’s supervisor is key.”

“One of the most enjoyable parts about working on the constituent design team has been the camaraderie amongst the team members and the enthusiasm displayed by everyone in tackling such a challenging task.

It’s been a privilege working with the [Business System Analysts], who are fabulous at bringing their technical knowledge into the conversation, as well as the other members of the Development community I don’t typically have the opportunity to work closely with. Hanah Wilkins

It’s been hard work but very rewarding! I’m very grateful I was given the opportunity to volunteer and be a part of such an important project for the University and I look forward with great anticipation to see and use the final product.”
