TOUR OF BRITAIN 2015 Schedule of Closures Etc. Stage 4 – 9 September 2015 Closure 1 East Lothian Council has made an order under section 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, which will make it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle on the roads listed in the Schedule below ( with the exception of vehicles engaged in the Tour of Britain Cycle Race 2015 ) for the purpose of facilitating the holding of this special event. The Order shall be in force from 09:00 hours to 12:00 hours on Wednesday 9 September 2015 and shall have effect only at such times as indicated by appropriate traffic signs or under the instruction of a police officer in uniform.
