Whisky Tasting at Dewar’s World of Whisky,
Aberfeldy, Scotland
There’s a comfy lounge, café, and whisky tasting bar if you don’t want to
do a tour.
Part of the tour of Dewar – there is a self-guided audio tour that takes you
through the history of Dewar.
Entrance to some of the whisky single malt production facilities at Aberfeldy.
Although Dewar is famous for their White Label (a blended whisky), they
do also make single malts.
This was where all the barrels of whisky used to be stored for aging.
Hitting the barrel hard with the mallet makes the cork pop out so we could
do a barrel tasting.
You can see that the cork has popped out in this photo.
